Lightweight Plastic panel
The Paneltim® Lightweight plastic panels have an internal structure of 50x100 mm cells. They are extremely lightweight yet sturdy and easy to incorporate into various constructions. The panels with dimensions of 1200x800 mm and 1200x1000 mm always have double ribs (in a cross pattern) in the center. Therefore, it is easy to convert them into panels with heights of 40 cm, 50 cm, or 60 cm.
Large surfaces with any required dimensions can be formed using these plastic panels.

Multipower Plastic panel
PanelTim® Multipower plastic panels are strongest in the Paneltim range. Made from prime polypropylene or polyethylene, they can be welded with other materials manufactured in PP or PE, such as solid sheets, pipes, etc. Thanks to the internal structure of its 50 x 50 mm cells, the panel exhibits excellent mechanical characteristics both in length and width.
The first cell along the outer edge of the 2600 x 1000 mm panels has a thickness of 25 mm, which ensures that less material (2%) is lost during the hot welding of the panels.

Anti-slip Plastic panel
Paneltim® Anti-slip panels come in 3 different versions. In addition to the well-known panels with stud and five bars structure, there is now also the new panel with an orange peel pattern. The 3 types are light, strong and sealed all around. Thanks to the anti-slip structure they considerably reduce the risk of slipping and falling. Paneltim® Anti-slip panels have an internal cell structure of 50 mm x 50 mm. This makes it easy to make constructions with
sealed outer edges, even when the sheets have to be cut to size.
This way, dirt and bacteria cannot nestle in the panels.

Polystone P CubX
CubX® plastic panels feature a unique inner cube structure that provides outstanding stiffness properties. They can be easily processed using common welding methods, heating elemnts, hot gas stretching, extrusion welding, as well as all machining methods. They potencially reduce the use of steel reinforcements by up to 100%.

Optimal hygiene
The internal cell structure ensures that Paneltim plastic panels are always closed all around, even when cutting to size, avoiding ingression of dirt or moisture into the panels.
Insulation
Paneltim plastic panels have a good insulation value thanks to the low thermal conductivity properties of plastic and because of the hermetically enclosed air into the cells.
Easy processing
Standard Paneltim plastic panels can be processed to any desired dimension, using butt welding, extrusion or hot air welding.
Fast mounting
The own light weight of the Paneltim plastic panels facilitates and accelerates mounting of larger dimensions in one piece. Thanks to the internal structure constructions from Paneltim panels requiere less reinforcements compared to solid sheets.
Ecological
The panels are free from toxic substances and are complying to EU regulation 2011/68/EU.
Fire class
According to EN SO 11925-2 Paneltim plastic panels have fire class E. On request, fire retarding ingredients can be added to improve fire behavior.
