Model-S-Hand

Manual butt welding machine for plastic plates

The basic model of butt welding machine for plastic plates with a thickness of 3 to 15 or 20 mm (depending on the version).

The welding temperature is controlled in a closed system, while the welding process's subsequent stages are performed manually. The welding time is the same as for the automatic welding machine.

The welding machine works perfectly to produce small elements as a mobile welding machine and improves the work done with an extruder.

¡An investment that generates inmediate savings!

With butt plate welding equipment, the acquisition of extrusion equipment is reduced, as well as the amount of welding material and the number of personal required to carry out the work.

Advantages of butt welding plates

Welding quality.

It translates into savings by ensuring quality assurance.

Reduction of the unintended errors.
It is not the same to apply manual welding or extrusion welding at 09:00 am as at 04:000 pm. This translates into savings by ensuring quality in all applied welds.

Productivity.
The spend at which plastic welding can be applied is much higher than what could be done manually or even througgh extrusion.
This translates to better profitability in the process by beign able to standardize the work speed, reducing and ensuring delivery times.
